Nearly all home buyers and their agents use the internet to preview homes before visiting them. To find that one buyer who wants to purchase your home and can close escrow, we launch a wide variety of marketing strategies utilizing professional-quality photographs.
Some 33,000 Realtors belong to the local Multiple Listing Service. Many thousands more can access local listings through reciprocal agreements. We know many Realtors looking for homes to show their buyers and make sure they know about our listings.
Most home buyers start their search online, not in a real estate office. They have access to MLS listings through many websites and want to see as many pictures as they can before narrowing their search and visiting a few. Professional-quality photos allow them to see the home inside and out.
Serious home buyers want to get a feel for neighborhoods and see the exterior of homes they’ve viewed online. They drive through neighborhoods they like, and looking for “For Sale” signs. We make sure they find flyers for our listing in a box attached to the signposts. Our Open Houses are well advertised and we use many signs to lead home buyers from major thoroughfares.
