 Want to leave with dignity? If you simply cannot afford to stay in your home, we will negotiate with your lender so you can sell it with less damage to your credit standing than a foreclosure, and you could receive up to $3,000 at the close of escrow to help you relocate.

Below are a few examples of how we’ve helped home owners find relief from upside-down mortgages

 

We negotiated a short sale for an Upland woman who had depleted her savings trying to keep up with her mortgage payment. She relocated to a new job and a new start in Northern California. The difference between her loan and the sales price: $127,206. The lenders accepted the short sale proceeds without recourse and the seller had no out-of-pocket expenses related to the sale.

"Without recourse" means the lender gives up the right to seek additional payment in the future.
 
We helped a disabled Banning woman get free of the burden of mortgage payments that were swallowing her savings. She was able to pay cash for a home where she now lives without fear of being left homeless. The difference between her loan and the sales price was $118,561. The lender accepted the short sale proceeds without recourse and the seller had no out-of-pocket expenses related to the sale .

We helped an Azusa condo owner whose job transfer out of state left him unable to continue paying his mortgage here. The difference between his loan and the sales price was $158,459. The lender accepted the short sale proceeds without recourse and the seller had no out-of-pocket expenses related to the sale,

We helped a Rancho Cucamonga couple sell their home when a family health crisis required them to live close to elderly parents. The difference between their loans and the sales price: $216,871. Both lenders accepted the short sale proceeds without recourse and the sellers had no out-of-pocket expenses related to the sale.
