Seventeen Pomona, CA, homes were listed for sale in the week ending Jan. 22, 2012, bringing the total number of Pomona homes listed as available in the local Multiple Listing Service to 352, including  302 single-family homes and 50 condominiums and townhomes.

Of the single-family homes, the MLS showed 123 standard listings and 48 foreclosed, or Real Estate Owned, homes listed in Pomona on Jan. 23; 176 Pomona homes were in pre-foreclosure – listed as “in foreclosure,” Notice of Default, Short Pay/Subject to Lender approval or auction - and 5 were listed as probate sales, or not identified by type.

The MLS reported 98 Pomona homes closed escrow during the month ending Jan. 22.
