Thirty Ontario, CA, homes were listed for sale in the week ending Jan. 22, 2012, bringing the total number of Ontario homes listed as available in the local Multiple Listing Service to 366, including 284 single-family homes and 82 condominiums and townhomes.
Of the single-family homes, the MLS showed 112 standard listings and 53 foreclosed, or Real Estate Owned, homes listed in Ontario on Jan. 23; 195 Ontario homes were in pre-foreclosure – listed as “in foreclosure,” Notice of Default, Short Pay/Subject to Lender approval or auction - and 6 were listed as probate sales, or not identified by type.
The MLS reported 83 Ontario homes closed escrow during the month ending Jan. 22.
