Unlike other consumer home search websites, Listingbook information is updated directly from the MLS every 30 minutes. Realtor.com, for instance, updates listings once daily and Realtors must pay to display multiple pictures. Other sites rely on Realtors and sellers to input property information, current asking price, and pictures.
