Ila Focuses on Communication and Marketing
Ila Josephs received a M.A. degree from Ohio University in 1974 and a B.A. from the University of Northern Iowa in 1968. She has lived and worked in the Inland Empire for more than 30 years and is an online residential real estate specialist for Tarbell, Realtors. She has completed the Graduate Realtor Institute, Seniors Real Estate Specialist program and the e-PRO technology program.
A property manager for 20 years (1985-2005), Ila also worked as a reporter for the Fontana Herald-News (1975-1978) and held a series of editor positions at the Ontario Daily Report (1978-1985). As marketing director for Covina Arts and Crafts Association (2004-2006), she promoted the work of 50 fellow members. .
Ila is committed to helping clients get where they want to be. She is a problem solver and strives to keep clients fully informed throughout a transaction by phone and through online services, including the RELAY transaction management system, which allows real estate buyers and sellers to have 24/7 access to documents and information pertaining to their transaction.
She takes pride in preparing professional-quality marketing materials to advertise properties in order to attract well-qualified buyers.
